But you're in luck! In an abandoned laboratory, you found something resembling a mining laser, a clever jackhammer that can punch holes in brick floors. It's powerful, but doesn't have any direct effect on robots.
True, any mechanism can be used as a weapon. You can punch a hole in the floor in front of the robot, and it will fall in. After a short while, the hole in the floor will close, and its flimsy walls will collapse. If the robot doesn't figure out how to escape by then, it will be sealed in and die.
Don't get too excited—the walled-in robot's colleagues will call for backup and a new robot will be airlifted. But at least you'll have time to finish your business, namely, collect all the gold chests in the room and run up the newly opened staircase.
If a robot is sealed and doesn't move, it's not dangerous. You can walk right over its head and it won't do anything. It only becomes dangerous once it climbs out of the hole.
To save their belongings, cunning robots can pick up a chest and drag it around the room. Sometimes they simply drop it, but sometimes you need to wall up the robot to get it to drop the chest.
Chests can also be hidden so deep that you have to burn one hole after another to get to the treasure.
Luckily, the laser I found has a mode that allows you to burn three holes in a row at once. To activate it, press and hold the fire button for a few seconds. This will help, although the number of such shots is limited.
Let me say right away: the laser only burns through brick. It has no effect on concrete or metal staircases. It also refuses to burn the floor directly under the treasure chest. If you try to burn the concrete, the laser won't work and will signal failure.
A laser is a fickle thing, and if used improperly, you can easily burn a hole under your feet and seal yourself in. Be careful.
If there are a lot of robots in the room, take a closer look. There might be an area somewhere in the room where you can herd the robots without killing them. That way, they won't bother you, but they won't call for backup either.
Moving around the rooms is standard: floors, stairs, and hanging chains that you can move along with your hands. You can fall off the chain if you want. Burning through the chain with a laser is also not allowed.
There are also chasms in the rooms. These are tricky brick blocks that look like the real thing, but have hollow spaces. Both you and the robot can easily fall through these spaces.
You can't burn through a block like this with a laser; you can only fall into it. Be careful, as if you fall through a block like this, the robot might suddenly land on your head.
In short, collecting other people's treasures is never an easy task. But in the end, having completed all the rooms and collected all the chests, the runner will happily ride off into the sunset, tired, happy, and financially secure...

Dear players, we've released a new version of ZXRunner, version 1.48. In this new version, we've improved controls by adding a virtual joystick, introduced camera shifting, added Russian explanations, and made many other minor improvements. We've also completely removed ads and made settings accessible only in Unlock.
Note: Most of these new features are now enabled by default, but you can always disable them to revert to your previous settings!
- To disable screen shift: in Control/Screen, reduce Zone to minimum.
- To control buttons: in Control, select Buttons.
- To disable the simplified EasyMode mode (maximum two robots and they run slower): disable this mode in Options/Setting
